Blinking Block Cursor

Hi all I just recieved my new display today, Its great i will have some pictures soon.

Can any one tell me how to turn the blinking display off. At the moment its a block cursor that just sits in the top left blinking away.

Please help my display is a LK-204-25-WB-V

Looks like you're in need of a ... Alphademo! Download it here: http://www.matrixorbital.com/download/AlphaDemo.zip (about 1mb). It lets you configure your display and test it.

If you're using LCDC, then there is an option in there to send commands to the LCD, and one of them is to stop the blinking cursor.

You will probably also need to turn Auto Line Wrap on as well. If it's off, then text looks a bit screwy if you use the large fonts.

You'll also need to make these changes everytime the screen powers up. The easiest way to do that is have set an event in LCDC that issues those 2 commands as the very ones. After that, you can cycle through your screens as normal.
