GLK24064-25-IU Not Detecting COM Port after wipe

Hi All,
i used GLK24064-25-IU this with MOGD#1.1.8 after used wipe command i am not able use this device .Device was not detect & Error :Connot open comport

Hi Dilip,
Welcome to the forums!
I understand that you have a GLK24064-25-1U display, and after using MOGD to wipe the display, you are not able to detect the display again.
Could you tell me what PCB Revision you have?
Also, did any errors occur while you were wiping the display?

Thank you for reply.There no errors on wipe process & PCB revision Board 1.0.

Hi Dilip,
Are you using a USB GLK24064R-25-1U display variant? Also, have you installed the proper USB drivers on the display?
