GLK12232-25-WBL crash

Hi everybody!

I've been using the GLK12232-25-WBL for 6 months without any problem, but today, it crashs. I simply cannot display anything. I turn it on but the LCD doesn't even display the logo of my company (which is in the position 1 of the memory). The LCD is part of a control access system, and I'm wondering if the operation temperature could be the reason of this strange behavior.

Moreover, four days ago we have a problem with the keypad (we cannot received anything from it) and now I don't know if that has something to do with this. We didn't do anything to solve this: after turning off and then turning on the device, the problem disappears.

Any advice?
