Ordering info for a GLK12232-25-SM

Hi,
I want to buy a GLK12232-25-SM with extended temperature range but it seems that only the Wide voltage range is available in extended range !
Is it possible to ordera 5V unit in extended temp ? In my application I don't havea +9 +15V power going to the display but I need the extended temperature : it is going in an automotive product.
