Fan Control Help

Post by Teslamad »

So for some reason, the fans that are pluged into the back of my MX4 are very touchy. They'll run, then i'll try to do something in LCDC or just startup the computer and one will turn on or all will turn off etc.. Any ideas as to why this is, or what setting ive messed up to turn off power to these fans (maybe i dont save these settings so it resets when i restart)? Also, anyone know a good fan controller plugin?

Hi Teslamad,
LCDC can do it for you perfectly with MM5 or SPF also the PID plugin works very accurate.
See the Help for examples of temperature or percentage based fan control.
Read about the PID configuration over at LCDC.

Maybe the smart guys and girls here can advice about the fan problem.
However running at 30F means below zero in C, did you build it inside a freezer?
