Maybe I am trying the wrong way...but i seems that the screws that come with the vfd display I got are too short to be mounted on a keypad....is this normal and there is another set of screws for mounting on keypads or am I doing it the wrong way?

Thank you for posting on the forum.

If you are talking about screwing the display to the bay insert, then you would need to use 4-40 3/4" screws. If you ordered the display seperate from the mount, you would have gotten shorter screws. If you would like, email me at tlam@matrixorbital.ca , and I can mail you some screws. You should be able to pick some screws up at a hardware store really easily too.

thanks for offering to send me new screws but I found some. I just wanted to know if I was installing the whole thing the right way
