I put a switch in the +5V power cord. If i push the buttom the power doesn't go, buy if i don't push it goes.

Well when i power on my computer the lcd don't show the logo. If i push the switch some times (three, four or five normally) the lcd displays the logo and my LCDC program works very well ...

Some times if i plug the power conector to the lcd without serial cable, the leds are on and the another times are off.

Always, when i power on the lcd two block rows are showed and go down in intensity until the lcd don't iluminated.

please help me.
