Re: EVE intermittent display corruption
I have two seperate displays set up (display + cable + USB bridge), and both show the same behaviour. I've bene careful with the cables and all appears to be connected correctly. One of the units is also being powered via the barrel jack in addition to the USB connection. So I don't think the cable ...

EVE intermittent display corruption
I am running an EVE display (EVE3-50A-IPS) through a USB->SPI adapter (EVE2-USB2SPI-KIT-A) connected to a Windows PC. I am using software based on the basic_eve_demo code, however I have notixed some similar issues when pushing bitmaps to the display via the screen designer software as well. Specifi...

Re: GLK240-64-25 Keypad Power
Thanks! Just what I needed to know.
May be an idea to add that to the manual.

GLK240-64-25 Keypad Power
Hi,
The manual states that keypad pin 12 can supply either GND or 5V, based on the jumper "to the right of the keypad connector". However I'm unable to locate said jumper - where is it?
Thanks.

We are interested in using these units in an outdoor enclosure (we would obviously need to seal to the edge of the touch panel suitably, but we have done similar work on 15inch touch panels). These are used for access control and logistics systems (e.g. entry of vehicle/load details by the driver). ...

GLT series touch panel type and robustness
Just saw the new GLT series modules, and I was wondering what kind of touch panel technology they use (capacitive, resistive) and what kind of conditions they will withstand (UV, water (with suitable seal), etc). Basically, would they be up to outdoor installations?

Larger Keypads/Keyboards
I was wondering if it were possible to use some of the general purpose I/O pins to expand the keypad functionality. We have a requirement for full alpha-numeric support via a custom membrane keyboard (we already have a supplier of these). The ideal would be support for a 6x8 matrix. We are currently...
