My psu in my htpc is a 55W , which of these would be the best?

LK202-25-WB

or

LK202-25-WB - V

can the base model be connected directly to the psu without using an altered power cable?

Other: It takes real guts to cut up a lian-li case but somehow i managed to.
Measure twice cut once!, i measured that many times i forgot.
To make the LCD fit you have to cut the floppy disk drive rack in two places
