My display is run via LCD Studio, which obviously is no longer supported... Are there alternatives people use?

Including all the utilities to control the bootup display/values etc?

I have created a signed version of LcdStudio 806 (same version as in the aug'08 rev1 software pack) just copy the exe file over the old copy (no installation required) and see if that makes defender happy. I've had two different typhoons now, and with both of them the red led on the front seems to flash at times. This is in a small study where no remotes etc are being used.

It's rather distracting, so any chance of an option in a future firmware to turn off that led?

Most people I imagine mount the display in their case, with the case typically being to their left/right.
