The enter key on my keypad can't be pressed anymore. It feels like it is stuck down. What can I do to repair it, and if it can't be repaired, can I get a replacement?

vfd mounting screws
Maybe I am trying the wrong way...but i seems that the screws that come with the vfd display I got are too short to be mounted on a keypad....is this normal and there is another set of screws for mounting on keypads or am I doing it the wrong way?

What is the lifespan of the three different display types? I know pled is around 10,000 hours but what about the other two?

I recently bought a mx610 and I noticed a pixel wide line running the length of the screen...my problem is exactly the same as lazytoad's and lake's. I have also tried reinstalling both LCDC and the usb drivers and using different usb ports and cables but none of these solutions worked. I don't have...
