So i have a MX503(vk204-24) display and am trying to read the fan speeds however i can't seem to get the right speeds. Every time i read the device using 254 193 2 I get -776 for the ran speed even if i change the fan speed it stays the same, any suggestions on how to read this value ...

Sorry to be a baby about this (just need some help getting off the ground) but I was wondering if anyone could give me an example of a ReadFile from the keypad on MX503's. I'd really appreciate it.

Can someone help me compile this. I get the following errors:
