Hope someone can help.

I initially had some trouble getting the fans to work. Finally they can operate however this is with the jumper set to "Low Power". This is a little strange but atleast they have power.

The fans are Papst 4412 F (120mm - 12RPM at 100%) of which I have 3 (one on each channel ...
