Ok. I just figured out that the MX212 is really the LK202-24-USB_01 and have d/l'ed the manual. I think I'm set.
I just needed some caffine.

I just bought a couple of MX212s with an eye towards an application on Windows XP embedded. I had thought LCDC was an SDK but I see now I was mistaken. However, there seems to be a number of generic LCD programs for linux and other OSs running around that talk to a number of LCDs ...
