I will probably be replacing the LCD Panel since my attempts to follow the traces result in a screen with every pixel (except 2 rows) constantly lit up.

The traces are scratched.

Ok, I have a LCD2041 REV1.3 with soem scratched traces by the actual LCD display. Does anyone have a PCB drawing showing the actual traces. Or, does anyone know if I can just replace the LCD board with another LCD board and use the part with the serial and power connectors to convert serial signals ...
