GPO Temp problems

not sure if this is a problem with LCDC - though I think its probably a hardware problem. I use my LK 204-25PC MO to control my fans using LCDC sometimes when I run extremely CPU taxing programs, the temp rises and the GPOs turn off, when they should be staying on furthermore LCDC still thinks they ...

and brand me retarded, I just realised that I've got the pinouts on the GPO's the wrong way round

however on my board the aren't marked - and the way the manual displays them is a bit confusing

I have the LK204-25-PC, and am coming across some problems using the GPO to control my fans. I have built a circuit to clamp the appropriate GPOs (as recommended in the manual), but when I turn on the GPO the fan starts to run, but then stops. is this possible? if so could the GPO bit of the software have various settign depending on the (MBM) temperature reached (so the fans were not just on or off)
