I got the problem solved! I think there must've been a conflict or something. I connected the LCD to the usb headers on the motherboard and now everything is in harmony. Thanks for all the help Mat!

I did as you suggested, cleared my mail account, unchecked all plugins, disabled the system clock feature and loaded a new display file with only one screen (uptime info). The internet connection still stalls but I noticed now that it's only when the display is on, if it's stopped everything goes ...

I reinstalled LCDC and even with the beta (looks great!) the connection still stalls. FWIW, I have an external modem.

I've only had my lcd (mx212) for q few days and love it and LCDC. However, I found that when LCDC is running my internet connection slows down to the point where webpages take too long to load.
