it been a month now and still no news please henry give us some feed back

when i restart or reset the computer and cannot see the start screen.
in the lcdc i am able to correct it in lcdc but not in smarties is there a way to reset by default the lcd lk 202-24 iy

hi i just bought a lk202-24 usb it work fine but sometime the display got corrupt, like it wont display power on screen, in smartie the charracter are scrable in the first 4 collum and in lcdc i was able to see the top line ?
any ideas
