i think the SN is PW-459-104, Rev. 1.5 2003.
The product was just purchased, the shipping time needed from USA to Italy, where I live.
I see a black spot in the upper left corner of the VFD, I do not know if it might be the cause.

I got a VK202-25 along with the power connection cable and a serial (9 pin M/F) cable.

When I power up the PC the VFD goes on, showing "Matrix Orbital VK202-25", but sometimes it does not.
I don't understand why the cables are well connected inside the case; and without reason the display ...
