Troy is doing an awesome job adressing any issues you have, but could you please STOP using *ALL* our support channels at the same time?
There's no reason to use the forums, send emails to support, send email to our private email adresses and drop us PM's on the forums all with the same question. Doing this will not get you any answer faster and you're wasting people's time that could be spend on helping other people.
So please pick a single channel and stick with it.
