My GX Typhoon is down!

Hi

My 4 to 5 months old GX Typhoon is dead.

Exactly the same problem with this user

I bought my unit from Performance PC and had it shipped over to Singapore. I've already requested for assistance through your support email and have received a technical support number #215496.

Waiting eagerly for some advices.

I do see your ticket in our system, my apologies for the delay. I understand your display did work for some time, however, has since become unresponsive.

I have now posted a response and would be happy to work with you in our RT system to resolve your problem.

Thanks for responding.

I've just replied the email.

Would appreciate if we could resolve this issue soon because I need the Typhoon to monitor my overclocked components.
