Typhoon Dimensions

Would someone be able to give me the dimensions on the Typhoon? I want to order one, but I need to make sure it will fit in my application. Thanks.

right, sorry... We do not have a full Autocad drawing of this display yet, but if you are looking for display area and PCB dimensions, take a look at the GLK24064-1U manual

Are the dimensions the same for the GLK24064 and the Typhoon?

Hey. I will jump in for Henry. 
The viewing area and PCB dimensions are the same, however the PCB is layed out with different parts that are "taller" than the parts on the GLK24064-16-1U.
But the VA and AA are the exact same size between the two.
As always, we recommend that you use the display itself to work with rather than just the drawing alone. That way, there are no mistakes.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Excellent, thanks very much for that info. My only other question is, do you have an updated timeline on when the typhoon will be available?

I sure do!
We are expecting the pre-ordered GX Typhoon's to ship around the end of June, therefore, I expect general release to be sometime shortly after then.
