GLK12232-25-SM vs GLK12232-25

Hey all.

Is it possible to highlight me some differences between these two graphical LCDs?

At first sight, the SM is only smaller than the other one. However, resolution is the same on both.

Are they functionnaly the same?

Is the SM model mountable on ONE 5 1/4" bracket?

To be sure, this unit can display 20 x 4 characters?

Can they be used with LCD Smartie? Can I use it exactly as a character LCD and later use the graphical functionnalities?

Yes, Yes, Yes and No. But LCDStats works with it, so does LCDCenter and a few others.

Still undecided... Do you have a couple of pics of what you did with the GLK12232-25-SM?

I wonder what it is possible to do with that one and how it looks like.
