VK204-24-USB Possibly killed :(

Just got this screen through the post from the US yesterday... I got it all working using lcd smartie last night untill it fell back onto the case (not hard) and then stopped working what so ever...

No boot screen and no response from. Tried removing the USB drivers and re-adding it, but windows wont pick it up?
No signs of burnt components at all, just wont work, totally gutted:(

Im from the UK so you can imagine how frustrating this is

Hello Doz,

Thanks for posting on our forum. Can you try powering the module with an unmodified floppy power connector to the "white 4 pin connector" and let me know if a startup screen appears.
