Hello there all

At May 3 i made an order, i paid through visa and a confirmation email came from myPaySystems.com that the money have been accepted. I didnt receive any confirmation email from matrix concerning my order. Since then i have sent 2 emails asking something about the shipping, but none of them have been replied. And i am starting feeling nervous about my 172$....

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello DJD, could you email me direct (first and last name , unit ordered, date,transaction number etc.) and I will look into your on-line order. It is very strange that we did not received your emails....could you also confirm which email address you were sending them too?
