lcdc hls plugin

I would like the hls plugin to display all the time when I'm playing HL. Is there a setting for this? I know it says the plugin checks every 10min to see if hl.exe is active, but I would like it to display when the plugin is active. Winamp has the setting so that when it is running, winamp info is displayed and nothing else. I would like the hls plugin to work in a similar fashion.

Is there any way this is possible?
