Thank you for posting on the forum.

I wonder if you have a serial number on your EVE4x-40G-IPS you can share so I can check the model?
If you have a VS model you can power it with 5-15V, otherwise it will take 3.3V only.

For now if you please check out this manual for the 20 pin FFC pin out.
