Can someone please help me with an unusual LCD matter

Hi,

I have a Shenzhen Jumper Tech EzBook X3 laptop with a broken screen.
I have managed to get the panel p/n 133x56-105-0101 however this seems to be connected to an unkown driver PCB

I have also purchased an identical laptop EzBook X3 (second hand) which has a BIOS Password issue but screen works perfectly.
However, on removal of this EzBook X3 the panel p/n is in fact 133x56-105-0301 and the driver pcb is totally different.

I am in desperate need of swapping the broken screen for the good screen but they are not a direct swappable item.

Can someone please please please assist me as to how I can get this panel functioning Urgently.
