Hi,

Is there any need of additional IC (e.g. MAX232) for RS232 communication between PC or microcontroller and GTT480272A?

Thanks

Hi Pads,

In the default configuration, the GTT will communicate at RS232 levels. If you use a micro-controller you may have to put the display in TTL mode or use a converter.

Out of the box, the unit will communicate at 115200kbps, with 8 bits data, one stop bit, no parity bit, and hardware flow control enabled.

Thanks,
~Troy
