However, i'm a little confused. Is there a software that i can use which will feed my motherboard temp probe info to the display?

Hi Triplestyle,

There are software programs that could feed the temperature probe information to the display. For example LCDC has a plugin that does this.

We also have an AppNote that reads the temperature using a Dallas One-Wire Temperature probe and writes it to the display. The App Note can be found here:
