are an installer of MegaSquirt ECUs for a long time and I try to view a display of its functions.
now wonder if it will be possible to interface these displays, before beginning a long way.

This is possible to do. The display will display anything you send to it. Although you will have to format it properly to show what you will want it to display. Depending on the ECUs output, you may have to translate the data so it can be properly read and displayed on the device.
