LED Activity

Hi All,
Is it possible to route a LED activity signal to an LCD display? Basically I would like to take three LED outputs from my raid card (a power LED, an activity LED, and an error LED) and instead of having blinking LEDs, I would like to have that information appear on the LCD screen.
