I bought a MX433 unit but it didn't come with a activation number for LCDC.( can't find in the package or on the eCD)

Matrix Orbital says LCDC is not owned by them.

I try to recovery the key on LCDC's site, but I have no record on there. (email address etc.)I guess it is the registration info when purchase on their site, and I don't have it.

Do I need to pay it myself, or how can I get the key?

Hi Krogoth,

You have my apologies, it seems it's been a while since we shipped out new MX units and production was a little foggy on the details. The LCDC Key should be on the CD that will, from now on, ship with any MX display. I'll send you a key shortly.
