GTT 5 and 7 Rounded rect missing corners

Post by grnbriar » Thu Feb 19, 2015 9:33 pm

I have noticed on both of these displays, that if you use the rounded rect function on the right half of the screen the the two rightmost corners are missing, while those on the lef tside of the screen are fine.
Is this a known bug?

Hi grnbriar,

I appreciate you bringing that issue to our attention. It has been solved and a fix will be included in the next firmware release.

Thanks again,
Troy

Is the firmware updateable when this fix is in a release?
Or will it be possible to find out when the next release is available before ordering my next samples?

Thanks

Hi grnbriar,

Yes, all GTT firmware is field upgradeable. You'll simply replace the upgrade.bak file on your SD card with the most recent version from http://www.matrixorbital.ca/software/GTT2.0/GTTFirmware, and cycle power.

Thanks,
