No device Found

Greetings,
I'm having an issue with locating the device. I'm running Vista 64 ultimate, driver installed fine, LcdStudio runs (haven't' tested much). Device shows up in the device manager under Matrix Orbital Displays as a GX Display. Nothing shows under LCDefaults Configurator, thinking maybe it was firmware issue (just got the device yesterday) I took a look at the firmware updater, no device shows.????

Could you try stopping the drivercore service and retying the FW upgrade app?

Done, worked (had to go an extra level to shut it down) learned something new about Vista.
