Hi,

I'm interested in buying the GX Tricolour display but was wondering if you could clarify the following points:

- Can I use the IR receiver under WinXP professional SP3? While searching on the internet I got mixed views on this so would like to know for sure. I currently use the Microsoft IR receiver and remote with my WinXp prof SP3 machine and it works fine.

- Does the GX Tricolour display have the ability to IR blast similar to the Microsoft unit? If so can this be used again under WinXP Prof Sp3?

As the product page mentioned the remote is only supported on vista although we would like to support XP microsoft did not open up the IR stack for third parties before vista so we really can't. The GX is an IR Reciever only so no blasting.
