Connector confusion

Post by bwhiten »

I am interested in using the MOP-GL240128D-BGFW display but notice the data sheet lists two connectors, CN1 and CN2, however the photo of this display only shows one connector. Is CN2 actually used as in interface to the T6963 or does the datasheet include it for another display?
Thanks.

Hello,

The display has the two headers, as indicated in the datasheet.

Thanks for the reply. I guess I am still somewhat confused. The MOP-GL24064... only needs the one header. Is there functionality on the 24064 display that takes the place of the CN2 connector on the 240128? I believe they use the same controller IC.

You can use either, on our GLK series we use CN1, from the looks of the data sheet, the NC1 header just has more features, but either should work.

:D Great. Sounds like I can use a standard T6963 interface control.
Thanks.
