Hi Paul,

I apologise for the inconvenience of this issue. Could you please download the filesystem from the unit you have configured and send the .ebin file to me at tclark@matrixorbital.ca?

If you can confirm that the only setting change missing from your configuration is turning the keypad backlight off, we'll build a new .ebin file for you so you can use your displays until we fix the bug.

Best regards,
Troy

Hi Troy,

I've uploaded the new .ebin file again and configured the display to my needs. All works fine.

I remembered that earlier I used command 155 (after I uploaded the new .ebin file).
Reading your earlier message you stated that "Be sure to set the backlight brightness setting to 0 rather than using command 155 for now." I did not interpret this as do not use command 155. My apologies for that.

By the way what is the quickest way to upload an .ebin file? Now it take at least 30 minutes to upload.

Thanks for your support!
With kind regards,
Paul Joosten

Hi Paul,

If you are using mogd#, go to Upload to device and chose Upload (Xmodem). Uploading via Xmodem is faster than the (regular) Upload. Xmodem upload takes about a 1.5 minutes.

I hope this helps.
