LED Indicator Bus on MX422

I have had a a MX232 for many years with a indicator bus connected to the GPOs for mail notifications. I recently replaed it with a MX422 with a new indicator bus that uses the ribbon cable. I cannot get any of the LEDs in the new bus to light for any of the events. Do I need to connect another power cable to the MX422 to power them?

Hi John,
Thank you for posting here on our forums.
You should not have to connect another power cable to power the LED indicator.
Please check your connection and make sure it is connected properly.
Also check to be sure the LEDs are not dead.
When you first power the display do the LEDs flash at all?
