Can anyone help me i want to connect the mx2 internally on my msi k8n diamond but wasnt sure on how could someone help please?

Here is the following configuration.
+5V goes to Vcc(Pin1)
D- goes to Data0-(Pin 3)
D+ goes to Data0+(Pin 5)
Gnd goes to Ground(Pin 7)
D- might be shown as something else like P- on your board, but the configuration will be the same.
If you have anymore questions or concerns, please feel free to post them.
