Currently I use a LCD2041 on Com1 with LCD...
I want to add a LK402-12 to the Com2....
The question is : can I set LCDC to have two instances running simultanously using a com port for each...
LCDC 1 ---) Com1 - LCD2041
LCDC 2 ---) Com2 - LK402-12 with keypad
Will it be difficult to setup?

Yes, LCDC can be run 2 or 3 or 4 or 10 times...

Its really easy to do, just kick off another LCDC instance, and it recognises that its the second one, and you can configure it seperately
Very clever
