Re: No touch response
Hello, If you try to calibrate this time, you will have better chances of being successful. GTT will automatically write the touchcal.dat when it finishes a successful calibration. This file is specific to your GTT unit and therefore is not downloadable, or something you can just copy to the unit. B...

Re: GPIO Short for Haptic/Amplifier Enable
Hello,
Thank you for posting on the forum.
Yes, GPIO3 controls the motor and GPIO2 controls the amplifier power (there is a minor error in manual, will have this corrected).
Please note motor is active low, and amp power is active high.
Let me know how it turns out.
Best Regards,

Re: No touch response
Hello,
Thank you for posting on the forum.
I am sorry for the delayed reply.
I understand that your issue had moved to a different problem now (as I correspond via email).
For posterity, your GTT maybe having touch calibration which could be caused by a misbehaving SD card.

Hello Dave,
Thank you for posting on the forum.
While you applied manual override on the LK204-7T, did you save the settings?
Can you please send me an image of the display, and how it is not working?
Please email to support@matrixorbital.ca

Re: Button Background color (GTT2.5)
Hello Polina, Thank you for posting on the forum. As per our last chat conversation, I have been corrected: For the rectangle, triangle and circle buttons, what is referred to as 'foreground' is actually the text color. There is no changeable background color property, as the background is actually ...

Re: LK202-25 dimming by itself !!
Hello,
Thank you for posting on the forum.
Are you able to take the LK202-25 out from your system and power it separately?
Try installing manual override as well. If manual override clears the issue, make sure to save the settings.
Please let me know how it turns out.
Thank you,
Raquel

Re: MOP-TFT800480-50A Touchscreen Linux driver
Hello Murali, Thank you for posting on the forum. The MOP-TFT800480-50A-TPC has built in firmware and therefore a result of failed error -2 can be ignored (when doing maXTouch automatic firmware download). If you please send me an email to support@matrixorbital.ca and I can send you the config file....

Hello, Thank you for posting on the forum. You are correct, a specified time of 1000 results to 20 second interval. And you are right, unfortunately the manual is missing information that each interval is 20ms. I wonder if you have used GTT Designer? https://www.matrixorbital.com/News/gtt-designer_G...

Re: No Response
Hi, I do not see a drop down menu when I double click on Get Module Type in the GTT Support Tool. I do see a small window that opens to confirm the command number, and I click OK. At this point, the command has not sent out. You will need to press the green play button. Yes, v2.2.0.0 is the latest v...

Hello Tim, Thank you for posting on the forum. By any chance you opened the Debug View (to the right of the 'X') in the Support Tool? You will only see the replies using the Debug View window. As for 'A' and 'B', there was a mention regarding this on the older manual , but since we have added altern...

Re: Not able to start display on Matrix Orbital EVE3-50A-TPN
Hello Aviral, Thank you for posting on the forum. I have replied to your enquiry directly, but I will also post it here. The quickest way to check the EVE3-50A-TPN hardware is to connect to the PC via the USB2SPI bridge. Try this demo out: https://github.com/MatrixOrbital/Basic-EVE-Demo As for your ...

Re: Problem with EVE2-50G-BLM-TPC and EVE2-USB2SPI-KIT-A
Hello Eddi,
Thank you for posting on the forum.
Are you able to test out the power coming from the USB2SPI bridge?
Can you please check it using a scope?
Can you also try supplying external power via the barrel jack? Center positive, 5V-12V 1A if you have it.
Thank you,
Raquel

Re: GLK12232A-25-SM-GW-VS i2c SCL to Ground < 3 ohms
Hello, Thank you for posting on the forum. SCL/SDA lines on the GLK12232A-25-SM-GW-VS, although configurable for use as I2C pins, has this mention on the datasheet: "this is not an I2C-bus compliant open-drain pin". Is it possible that you may have connected the SCL lines to either GND or ...

Re: EVE3 Flash Compatibility
Hi Alex,
Thank you for posting on the forum.
Matrix Orbital EVE3 series use the W25Q128JVSIM flash.
Together with our USB bridge EVE2-USB2SPI-KIT-A, and EVE's Asset Builder you can easily detect, erase and program the flash.
Best Regards,
Raquel
