Hi jros3e,

The vista driver is on our website
http://www.matrixorbital.ca/drivers/

You would want the one under this heading:

USB Drivers for LK/VK/PK202-24-USB, LK/VK/PK204-24-USB and MX2, MX3, MX4, MX5 and MX6 displays.

Please let me know if you require further assistance.

Thank you,
Clare

Hey,

Glad to hear that your order got to you quickly.

We can sure take credit for having the order ready in a speedy time, but as for UPS being fast, well that would be to their credit.

It is nice to hear a shipping praise! Go UPS. haha.

Yes that is the main difference. The board is the same. The S series is configured for RS232 and the I series is configured for I2C.

If you were to use a good quality cable and talk slower to the display (9600 to 19200) you would be able to do around 5-10 meters or so when using serial communication.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Kind Regards,
Clare

Hi, I will answer your questions. No the pre-orders were not supposed to come with an internal USB cable. Edit: I think they come with an external USB cable. I am trying to find out. I am also looking in your other question about the 5th wire. As far as offering the internal instead of the external ...

Hi Flip, The reason why is costs $25 to ship to the US even for just a cable is because UPS and FedEx need to charge custom fees and brokerage fees to import the products into the US. We do not set these fees, the fees are set by UPS and FedEx. Perhaps you can order from a distributor in the US so t...

Hey. I will jump in for Henry. :) The viewing area and PCB dimensions are the same, however the PCB is layed out with different parts that are "taller" than the parts on the GLK24064-16-1U. But the VA and AA are the exact same size between the two. As always, we recommend that you use the ...
