Re: Any cool ideas for 3.5 drive bay?
Hi Masaladosa, There are a couple of cool programs you can run to control a display mounted in your drive bay. Are you looking to use one of our full colour TFT's, or would you be open to using a monochrome graphic display? PC applications for case mounted TFT's are still fairly rare. You find a few...

Re: Which color LCD is used
Hi Cruise, I think you misunderstood my previous post. Our LCDs will not completely change their color overtime. When you purchase an LCD from us, you can choose from a set of colour combinations. For example, we offer a Yellow-Green Display that provides a yellow backlight and Grey text. We also of...

Re: Baud rate spontaneously changed
Hi Tom, I understand your LK202-25 display is seemingly changing its baud rate after a few hours of operation. Is there any way for you to log the values that are being sent to the display? The display itself won't change its baud rate out of the blue unless it receives a command from its host or if...

Re: How to Upload Font Using LabVIEW
Hi Dilip, At the moment, we don't offer any drivers or libraries specifically for LabVIEW. It looks like LabVIEW offers basic serial read and write functionality, and so long as you can write bytes via RS232 you should have control over display. National Instruments posted an example program demonst...

Re: GLK24064-25-IU Not Detecting COM Port after wipe
Hi Dilip,
Are you using a USB GLK24064R-25-1U display variant? Also, have you installed the proper USB drivers on the display?
Cheers,
Daniel

Re: GLK24064-25-IU Not Detecting COM Port after wipe
Hi Dilip,
Welcome to the forums!
I understand that you have a GLK24064-25-1U display, and after using MOGD to wipe the display, you are not able to detect the display again.
Could you tell me what PCB Revision you have?
Also, did any errors occur while you were wiping the display?
Cheers,
Dan

Re: GTT50A not display image
Hi Manux, I was able to take a look at your files and I found out why certain images are larger (in kb) than others. It looks like most of your images use a bit depth of 8, but a few of you bitmaps have a bit depth of 24 or 32, which is not compatible with the GTT. There are two ways around this: - ...

Re: GTT50A not display image
Hi Manux, I appreciate you sending over your files. I'm currently taking a look at each of them. It appears that some of the images you use are quite large (1MB<). Although the GTT's image buffer is ~30MB, it may have difficulties loading such a large image file. I'll see what modifications I can ma...

Hi Manual,
Welcome to the forums!
If possible, could you zip up your scripts and your images, and send them over for testing? You can either send them by replying to this post, or by sending me a private message.
Cheers,
Daniel

Re: Bezel and OK204-25
Hi Luis, After further investigation, we have confirmed the issues that you have experienced with the provided screws not fitting in the OLED's mounting holes. The issue is due to the OLED display's mounting holes being 2.5mm in diameter, which is too small for the recommend 5/8" screws. At the...

Re: EVE2-29A-BLM-TPN Configuration
Hi DunnPenny, I cannot speak for the customer, but I can say that we have had the 2.9" display running continuously for +8 hours a day for multiple days at a few different trade shows. So far, we haven't seen any issues with 2.9" displays since we started using them in both our EVE Series,...

Re: How to program color lcd
Hi Ritshkakkar, Welcome to the forums! There are multiple methods to program a GTT Display. Users can send commands directly to the display through one of the supported communication protocols: RS232, I2C, TTL, RS422, or USB. Screens for the GTT can also be designed in our free Design Suite, and upl...

Re: Bezel and OK204-25
Hi Luis, Welcome to the forums! I understand you are having difficulties mounting your OK204-25 display on your 4 x 20 Bezel. Just to clarify the issue, do the 3/8" screws fit through the PCB mounting holes? When test mounting the display, do all 4 screws align properly with the bezel? Cheers, ...
