Hi Swetha,
Thanks for taking the time to manually test the keypad. This confirms that the problem is definitely within the display module. I am going to get you to try one last thing, let me know if that resolves the problem.
Thanks,
Troy

Hi Carllance, Thanks for your question. Good to hear that you have been using MOGD# to get a feel for your GLK12232-25-SM. Unfortunately, I can't give out Matrix Orbital source code to just anyone, but I can give you a pretty good idea of what kind of code is required for this operation. I have prev...

Hi Swetha, Thanks for trying that for me, it confirms that something is definitely wrong with your unit, and allows me to begin the RMA process so that we can get the problem fixed. I would like you to try one more thing to confirm that it is either the keypad or the display that is malfunctioning. ...

Panel Cutout
Hi bwhiten,
Great to hear that you are proceeding with your design, I can definitely understand why you would want some clarification on those voltage levels.
Good luck on the design, and keep us posted,
Troy

Hi bwhiten, No worries, none taken. Sorry about the confusion on the 4-pin header, what the manual states as 5v power is correct. Some modules that are available with an extended votlage range come with that sticker, your display, however, does not even have that option. This is our mistake, I apolo...

Hi Alex, Glad to hear that your board has been miraculously revived by MOGD#. The only situation I can think of that may have triggered this chain of events is a change in your current font settings. If your current font had been changed to a location where no font was stored you would not be able t...

Hi jros3e, Thanks for your question. It sounds like you have a rather common problem, which is easily remedied. LCDC constantly uses the COM port while it is running, you will have to close any screens that may be running on LCDC, and perhaps even the entire program to stop it from using the port. T...

Mechanical front panel template for GLK19264-7T-1U-WB
Hi bwhiten,
The designer of our panels has managed to dig up this mechanical drawing of one of our GLK19264 face plates which I have attached to this post. Hopefully this will contain the detail you require.
Good luck with the front panel design,
Troy

Mechanical front panel template for GLK19264-7T-1U-WB
Hi bwhiten, Thanks for your question. Sorry to hear that you have not been able to find mechanical drawings detailed enough for your design, I have contacted the designer for our panels and hope to find a suitable drawing for you. I'll let you know as soon as I have found more information on the GLK...

Hi Alex, I would have to say that I have never heard of a display erasing a font, however, I have not been here very long. Nonetheless, I would like you to try to upload a font to the display and ensure that it is selected within MOGD# using the 'Current Font' option to confirm that a font is in fac...

Hi Alex, Thanks for your question. When a GLK does not display text that is sent to it, it may be because it is lacking a font. I would recommend using the MOGD# program to upload a font to the unit and attempting to write to it again. Hopefully this will produce some results from your display, Troy

Hi Darren, Thanks for your question. C programming our LCD's is as easy as following the commands in your manual and learning serial transmission in C. I can help you with any problems you have with our commands, and would recommend using 'raw data' commands within our development tool uProject to g...
